Roy Walker Live in Jersey

Roy Walker is far more than the legendary host of Catchphrase — he’s a brilliant stand-up comedian and one of the surviving stars of ITV’s iconic The Comedians, a golden era of British television comedy. Alongside fellow star Mick Miller, Roy is still entertaining audiences more than five decades later — an incredible achievement! Don’t miss this rare chance to see a true comedy legend live, alongside Jersey’s fantastic Anam Ceoil Irish folk trio and local comedian Deano Masefield.

The evening will also open with live music from Anam Ceoil, Jersey’s very own Irish traditional folk trio, featuring Adam Reece on piano, Vanessa Moore on violin and Julie Riley on violin. Expect a lively selection of traditional Irish folk music to set the scene before the comedy begins.

Joining Roy and Anam Coeil on the final bill is Jersey-born comedy favourite Deano, who will host the evening and perform his own stand-up set. A familiar face to audiences around the Island, Deano will get the night off to a flying start with plenty of local humour before handing over to Roy.
