Membership Terms

These are the terms governing your membership with The Jersey Card Limited.

Please review the full T&Cs before subscribing.

The 30-Day Free Trial (Monthly Subscription Only)

The purpose of the free trial is to allow you to test the card’s value to you.
You will be required to input your payment details, but you will not be charged today.
Your monthly subscription plan will automatically begin billing on the 31st day following your enrollment.
You must cancel your subscription before the 30th day to avoid being charged.
You retain full card access for the entire 30-day trial period.

Subscription Fees and Billing.

Monthly Plan: £3.99, billed monthly on your anniversary date (first month free).

Annual Plan: £39.99,  billed annually on your anniversary date.

Recurring Charges:

All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Membership Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at members@thejerseycard.je.
If you cancel a paid plan, your membership access and digital card validity will continue until the last day of your paid billing cycle.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions your subscription if you cancel early.

Card Usage and Partner Discounts

Your membership is facilitated by a unique Digital Card accessible via your smart phone’s digital wallet. No physical cards are issued.
The Jersey Card is strictly for use by the named member only. It is non-transferable and cannot be used by family or friends. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.
Discounts are offered and managed by the independent partner businesses. The Jersey Card Limited is not responsible for a partner business refusing to honour a discount due to error, closure, or if the partner has changed the terms of their offer without our knowledge.
All rewards and discounts are subject to the specific terms set by the partner.
You must present your valid Digital Card at the time of purchase.
